Terms & conditions
- Entries must be based in Cardiff and surrounding areas
- Entries must be between the age of 60-70
Should you be chosen, you will be invited to attend a free consultation with Dr. Raj & Karen, where we will first assess whether you are eligible for this treatment
- Chosen model will agree to pay £150 per treatment
- Chosen model will agree by signing a consent form for their treatments be filmed/photographed and the results to be used for any promotional marketing the clinic sees fit
- Entries will be required to sign a consent form stating they do not have a pacemaker, nor have they got cancer, or had it in the last 5 years
- Entries close on 24 July 2022
